This 3-day workshop is intensive, challenging and fun. All days will run from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Participants leave with a solid understanding of how to work with the TMS instruments as well as a concrete design for an application in their work environment. Participants will also know how to access ongoing support so they can make the best use of newly acquired skills.

Participants are required to bring an actual work application idea to the workshop with them and discover how the various TMS instruments can assist with their application. Time is built into the workshop for participants to design their application. In addition, prior to the workshop, participants are required to complete the Team Management Profile Questionnaire and the Influencing Skills Profile Questionnaire. At the workshop participants will receive and work through their own Profiles.

As part of the accreditation process, participants receive 3 complimentary Team Management Profile Questionnaire credits which they are to use within one month after the workshop to gain experience in working with this Profile and the TMS processing system. Participants will have email and phone support during this period to help them solidify their use of the TMS materials.
