Developing Team Dynamics
Capitalizing on potential synergy of any group requires concerted effort to establish a proven and sustainable method for teams to work together to improve their performance.

In just two days, Developing Team Dynamics provides any newly formed or intact team with a way to improve their performance to increase their performance through improved processes and communication.

Through presentations and interaction, the group will learn the concepts and models at the heart of the TMS approach which answers the question - What makes teams successful?. Each participant will receive a personalized Team Management Profile, a powerful feedback tool providing a starting point for reflection and discussion. Throughout the program the group will identify their effectiveness as a team through developing Linking Skills, the eleven core competencies for successful teamwork.

As part of Developing Dynamic Teams, the team will develop a Team Action Plan, designed to consolidate their learning and continue their improvement.

Maintaining Team Dynamics
Maintaining Team Dynamics
This 2-day program builds on the team development gained in the Developing Team Dynamics Workshop by setting up a framework for sustained, self-paced and self-managed team development. Teams will participate in a 360° feedback process where they will receive a Team Performance Profile. Teams will have the opportunity to play Projectivity™ during the workshop and this resource will be kept by the organization for further continuing development.

This program combines the benefits of interactive workshops with action learning to provide teams with the skills and processes to manage their own development.

Teams must have undertaken the Developing Team Dynamics Workshop, or at least completed the Team Management Profile or thee e-learning module You and Your Job.

Team Leadership
Team Leadership
The Team Leadership program is designed to improve the way you lead and 'link' with team members. This program is for leaders who want to develop a high performing team, using the methodology of 360° feedback and action coaching.

Our action-coaching methodology ensures that participants' learning takes place on the workshops AND in the intervening period back at the workplace. By forming Action Coaching Groups participants have the opportunity to learn 'from and with each other' in a supportive environment facilitated by an experienced TMS learning coach.

Participants will learn about the Linking of people and tasks and use this information to develop their own Personal Learning Action Plan which focuses on the key aspects of team leadership.

This blended learning program includes a 2-day interactive workshop, personal coaching, and e-prep and e-followup.

Window on Work Values
Where team members share the same values the team will have the energy to deliver outstanding performance. This workshop is designed for teams who want to establish common values as a basis for improved performance, productivity, cross-cultural team integration and surviving mergers.

During this 2-day workshop teams will identify the core values driving their organization, and through personal feedback Profiles compare their individual work values with those of their organization.

Teams will then develop an ideal set of work values and behavioral guidelines as a framework for improved performance.

Teams in Change
Most teams are experiencing the stress of change as they struggle to adapt to a new world. Opportunities lie ahead of us, but unexpected obstacles can thwart even the best of teams. This 2-day workshop prepares teams to face change and develop new ways of meeting the challenges of the future.

By using a simple and practical approach to teamwork, participants learn the skills and concepts they need to work effectively as part of a team going through or working with change. Through individual feedback and facilitated discussion, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role they play in the change process.

Each participant will receive a personal Team Management Profile and QO2™ Profile, Development Guides, and a graph of the Team's Preferences.

Innovation for Teams
Innovation for Teams
Seeing the opportunities, overcoming obstacles, and finding innovative ways to make things happen are a combination of attitude and skill. In this workshop you will discover practical ways to change your team's attitude towards innovation and improve your ability to motivate your team to seize opportunities.

This stimulating 2-day workshop delivers learning through presentations, discussions, individual exercises and action-learning group activities. The team will work through a specific real-life project throughout the two days using their new innovation techniques along the way. Each participant will receive a personal QO2™ Profile outlining their current approach to dealing with obstacles and opportunities, along with strategies for improvement for themselves and their team.
