 | Team Management Systems' accreditations are designed to offer an opportunity for individuals to gain an understanding of the theoretical concepts and practical applications of Team Management Systems' assessments and, as a result, successfully integrate Team Management Systems into their work.
Team Management Systems (TMS) Accreditations are designed for human resource, training and organization development professionals. However, management staff may also find accreditation useful for development of their own staff. The programs focus on content and applications and presumes some training/facilitation experience. Accreditation in TMS instruments can be undertaken through Public Workshops, Self or Distance Learning or In-Company Workshops. | |||
The TMS Public Workshops are all designed to maximize learning through interactive simulations, presentations and theoretical explanation. At the end of the workshop you will have all the knowledge, skills and support materials to enable you to design and conduct your own programs. Testimonials relating to both the training and products of Team Management Systems are available online. Successful completion of one or more of the following Team Management Systems Accreditation Workshops is required to access and work with Team Management Systems assessments.
Self or Distance Accreditation There are currently six Self-Accreditation e-learning modules available.
These modules are a flexible alternative that offer for the first time the opportunity to develop mastery in the conceptual frameworks and practical applications of the Team Management Systems Profiles through online self-accreditation. Time is of the essence for many busy training and human resource professionals. If you and your team are unable to attend a public Accreditation Workshop, Team Management Systems is able to offer in-company workshops to ensure that your needs are met. Any combination of our TMS instruments is available and we can offer the flexibility of working within your busy schedule at your premises. Some conditions apply.
