The Personal Development E-Learning Series provides a powerful foundation for both personal evaluation and development through the use of online personal Profile feedback. This, combined with real-world case studies, learning evaluations and application features, allows you to tailor your online learning plan and add to your expertise portfolio.

The You and Your Career module focuses on the key Types of Work as defined by Margerison and McCann. It helps you evaluate your current (or recent) job and gives you a framework to reflect on your career and discuss options with key stakeholders.

The overall goal of this module is for you to use the TMS language, models and Types of Work job feedback to facilitate understanding, stimulate constructive discussion and develop useful action-plans for your career development.

As part of the You and Your Career module you will complete a 64-item profile questionnaire about your current or previous job and receive online personal feedback. This feedback provides valuable insights about the critical factors in the job you rated. The data identifies those areas most likely to be responsible for improved job performance. The Profile can be printed and is stored securely online for access after you have completed the course.

With online performance support available through our E-Coaches, interactive simulations using real-world case studies, games, ROI through evaluations and self-assessments, a personal Knowledge Center and 12-month review access to module content - you will be well equipped to empower change and development for both yourself and those in your team/organization.
