The Accreditation E-Learning Series offers a flexible alternative to traditional public accreditation workshops. The modules use real-world learning and theory to highlight key applications and workplace objectives. They give you the tools and knowledge to implement new and improved paths for personal, team and organizational development. The Self-Accreditation: Linking Skills Profiles module offers the opportunity to develop mastery in the conceptual frameworks and practical applications of the Linking of People Profile Questionnaire (LPPQ), the Linking of People and Tasks Profile Questionnaire (LPTPQ) and the Linking Leader Profile Questionnaire (LLPQ) through online self-accreditation. The overall goal of this Self-Accreditation module is for you to be able to use the TMS language, models and the Linking Skills Profiles with individuals and teams in order to facilitate understanding, stimulate constructive discussion and develop useful action plans. In doing this you will be able to help improve their performance by enhancing the ways in which people work together. You will also receive the following resources to further facilitate both the learning process and the application of the Profiles:
