Research Highlights

Since the previous research manual was published in 1998, there has been a substantial increase in the data collected with almost all databases doubling in size and the Team Management Profile Questionnaire exceeding 151,000. These increases have allowed for a far greater number of professions, industries, countries and other normative categories to be analyzed.

There has also been a number of new large in-house and independent studies completed. Full project reports on these will be available in the manual and include:

Interactive Features

Transferring the research to an interactive format has allowed us to implement a number of features to help you in both locating the relevant data and presenting it to clients.

The first of these features is a full Search capability on all documents contained throughout the manual enabling you to search the article titles, keywords, descriptions and interactive features. This feature is accessible throughout the program so that you are never further than a click away from the information that you need.
