About the E-Shop


How to Shop at Team Management Systems

Customers can "browse" through the store and add items to a shopping cart, by indicating the quantity desired and clicking on "Add to Order" button with each item.

The "View Cart" at the top of the page allows you to view the contents of your cart. Items may be deleted from the shopping cart and/or quantities changed at any time until you begin to enter payment details.

Once at the "Checkout" please provide the information requested so your order may be processed. Options for payment include VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. American Express and Discover payment options are currently only available for US residents. Transactions will appear on your statement as PAYPAL*TEAMMGTSYSTEMS. Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date), and ordering information. Please note that all prices displayed here are in US Dollars and that at present we are only able to accept the following cards for online purchasing:

All prices provided here are e-prices specifically for the Team Management Systems Online Resource Store. Prices may differ through different regional offices and information can be obtained through our main website.

Taxes

Residents of Australia are required to pay GST when shopping online. This is calculated at the checkout.

Residents of other countries may be required to pay duties charged by their respective customs department. These duties and any other value-added taxes imposed at the point of delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully when shopping at our store as refunds are only given on unopened goods returned within 30 days. In the case of training event or workshop bookings, the refund request must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

It should also be noted that while the utmost care is taken with shipping and handling, any damage in transit cannot be refunded.


Shipping

Purchases are shipped from our Australian office. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact our Coordination Center.

E-books with E-mail indicated as the distribution method will be delivered by email attachment within 24 hours of the order being processed.

E-books with FTP indicated as the distribution method will be available for download within 24 hours of the order being processed. Instructions will be sent by e-mail on how to access the service within this period.

Postage & Handling Charges

When you are ready to check out, our system displays the appropriate shipping and handling charges based on your order.

Delivery of all purchases will be made within 10 working days* from the date of order. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with full details on the type of shipment used and the estimated time of delivery.
