How to Shop at Team Management Systems Customers can "browse" through the store and add items to a shopping cart, by indicating the quantity desired and clicking on "Add to Order" button with each item. The "View Cart" at the top of the page allows you to view the contents of your cart. Items may be deleted from the shopping cart and/or quantities changed at any time until you begin to enter payment details. Once at the "Checkout" please provide the information requested so your order may be processed. Options for payment include VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. Please note that no credit card information you enter is ever stored on the Internet. The information is sent directly, and only, to your bank or financial institution for immediate processing. Privacy Statement Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal/zipcode, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date), and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process the transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures. No information submitted as part of the purchase service is used for any other reason than to respond to and maintain a record of the inquiry. All prices provided here are e-prices specifically for the Team Management Systems Online Resource Store. Prices may differ through different regional offices and information can be obtained through our main website. Taxes Residents of Australia are required to pay GST when shopping online. This is calculated at the checkout. Residents of other countries may be required to pay duties charged by their respective customs department. These duties and any other value-added taxes imposed at the point of delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refund Policy Please choose carefully when shopping at our store as refunds are only given on unopened goods returned within 30 days. In the case of training event or workshop bookings, the refund request must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Products distributed through the E-Download Service will only be refunded if the secure hyperlink is unactivated at the time that the refund request is processed. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts are deducted from the original purchase amount. It should also be noted that while the utmost care is taken with shipping and handling, any damage in transit cannot be refunded. Shipping Purchases are shipped from our Australian office. Postage & Handling ChargesWhen you are ready to complete your purchase, the appropriate shipping and handling charges based on your order will be calculated and displayed onscreen in your shopping cart. Delivery of all purchases will be made within 10 working days* from the date of order. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with full details on the type of shipment used and the estimated time of delivery. * Delivery for the following countries can range between 1-5 weeks.
E-Download Service All items in the following product areas - E-books & Downloadable Resources and Community Products are distributed through our E-Download Service. Within 24 hours of the order being processed, you will receive an e-mail containing a secure hyperlink and personalized access key for downloading your purchased product(s). The download licence is for 14 days and following this period access to the product will expire.
