Projectivity^TM is an activity designed to help teams review their performance and plan their projects. All team members participate in an interactive assessment of the team's progress using the Margerison-McCann Types of Work Wheel. This model will enable you to discover the key elements of teamwork that may be missing in your team.

By using Projectivity^TM you can celebrate those aspects of teamwork that your team is doing well. The diagnostic process will also reveal those areas where your team is under-performing. By revealing the Issues, Instances, and Causes, team members can help generate Solutions and then take Action to improve performance. Accountability for various implementation stages can be apportioned to various team members.

Projectivity^TM can be played in two different ways.

• It can be used to review a team's general past performance or its performance on a specific project
• It can be used to plan for a future project by identifying the key issues of teamwork that are likely to be important
