•  TMS E-Journal - Edition 91

  The second bi-monthly e-journal for 2013 has been posted online. Edition 91 contains five key articles all with the focus set on the many facets of leadership...and on all levels.

  The second of our bi-monthly case studies for 2013 is Strategic Team Development at Murray Irrigation Limited by Pam Macdonald.

  This case study looks at a skill and training needs assessment conducted with Murray Irrigation Limited (MIL) which incorporated the Strategic Team Development Profile. While MIL was in a unique situation they faced issues that confront many organizations. Pam explores this comprehensive project and provides key lessons and tips from the assessment, feedback workshop and use of the Profile.
