He has 30 years of experience in training organisations as both teacher/trainer and in leadership roles across Adult and Adolescent Education sectors. He has been a leader and manager complex team, logistics and service delivery environments. As a Consultant and Facilitator since 2000 he has worked in industries including aeronautics, mining, finance, food manufacturing, in public and private sectors, specifically in creating and developing cultural change within leading and front line teams He works extensively in Business Improvement, Leadership Development and Team Development with a strong emphasis on individual learning and organisational outcomes.
