Ian is particularly interested in 'Whole System Change' and has successfully introduced the Team Management System suite of research instruments for many clients including: Alcoa, Rio Tinto, Built Environs, Badge Constructions, Partek Constructions, Catholic Education Office (Parramatta), Westpac, Sonic Innovations and numerous government and international organizations. He has represented Team Management Systems accrediting over 600 Human Resource consultants in the TMS suite of instruments, nationally and in Hong Kong, the UK, Papua New Guinea and the United States. His work with clients includes strategic planning and implementation, executive development, company mergers, leadership coaching and personal business coaching. Ian enjoys working with owner/operators of SME's to support and sustain growth through people. Ian is one of only eight Master trainers accredited in Australia by Team Management Systems to train trainers in the Team Management Profile and he has worked closely with the authors on research and applications. He is seen as a specialist facilitator of the Team Management Profile, using the instrument for team building, strategic and business planning, personal leadership coaching, role clarity and specifically as a tool to support teams to engage in powerful conversations around key issues/opportunities affecting business outcomes.
