Leadership programs offered by Geoff comprise five core elements or modules:
Training is delivered in-house usually to groups of about 12, but can also be delivered as one-to-one coaching. Optional modules are available and include Delegation, Time Management and Personal Organisation, Influencing and Performance Management. Programs are developed in conjunction with clients. They are practical - using case studies, hypothetical's and other exercises and assignments, challenging, relevant - directly linked to individuals work environments and organisational issues, and enjoyable. Importantly, they get participants to look at issues differently and identify what they can do to “make a difference”. Geoff has also worked extensively with clients in the areas of team building, developing team leaders, customer service and designing and implementing Performance Planning and Review Programs.
