As a director of Brookcor Consulting, Elizabeth works with organisations wishing to build strong teams, introduce cultural change effectively and build board director and organisational leadership capability. Elizabeth is an experienced manager, facilitator and consultant with a strong public sector background and over 18 years experience as a senior manager/practitioner working in the both commonwealth and state health services and the Victorian local government sector. Elizabeth has broad-ranging consulting experience working with organisations as diverse as retail and financial services through to government, education and health services. The types of consulting and facilitation engagements she manages range from high level strategic planning to performance management and leadership and team development programs. Elizabeth works with board directors, senior executives, managers and line staff from a diverse range of cultures and companies across Australia and internationally to assist them achieve their objectives. As an adjunct lecturer within the Graduate School of Business at RMIT University, Elizabeth facilitates participant learning in performance management, leadership and interpersonal competency development in Melbourne, rural Victoria and Asia.
